Do you find yourself stumbling

Are you a lover of the Lord,

chasing after perfection?

God created in us a healthy desire for the beautiful, the holy, and the perfect.

​

Though it may seem close

     when we gaze over rocky mountains 

     or stroll though yellow tulips

     or kiss the nose of a newborn, 

truth is, we won't find it here on earth.

But Scripture tells us that while we search and we strive and we wait

for the holiness of heaven,

we can find perfect peace in His grace.
